Styling, Stationery & Sweets
Today I dropped into the I Do I Do Wedding Expo to check out the creativity of two very talented people that I know...Morgan of MorgiMac Creative Design, and Keren of My Vintage Tea Hire. I couldn't resist sharing all of this styling eye candy with you :)
Above is a travel inspired display that Keren and Morgan styled together. They had me at `retro suitcases' and `vintage typewriter' :) It's clear that whilst they both have very individual styles, there's also a cross-over between the styling as well...just gorgeous.
Click through this gallery to check out Keren's lovely displays. Her speciality is vintage china and tableware that you can hire for your events. I can't get enough of those cute stripey straws & glass milk bottles that are just some of her party supplies collection. She also has larger pieces like furniture, suitcases and other vintage items available. In addition to styling a wedding table she also has a concept table designed around a forest theme...loving the moss, mushrooms, dandelions & nested eggs. I've used some of her pretty things in some of my previous blog posts...love it :) You can find more details & photos at here website here.
Click through the above gallery to check out Morgan's gorgeous collection. Loving the bold black and white with splashes of bright colour. Morgan styled a table with a combination of vintage books & their pages...and sweet little succulents. I loved the little details like the pop of red in the teensy buttons. She's a graphic designer so in addition to styling for events, she looks after all the stationery (invites/thank you cards etc) as well. If you were lucky enough to catch her at the Square Handmade Market you would've seen all the crafts she makes out of vintage books too. Check out her website for more details.
Loved wandering around soaking up all that design inspiration from Morgan, Keren and all the other stallholders. The expo runs until 4pm today, so if you're local you still have time to go check it out! Visit their website for more details.
